Born in Gibraltar, Nicholas Martin's passion and talent for Singing were discovered at a very young age. In 1999 he graduated with a combined Honours degree in Music and Art from Canterbury Christ Church University. He then completed his Masters in Music Performance in 2001. During his studies whilst working with the distinguished soprano, Sheila Amit, Nicholas performed as a soloist on several occasions at Canterbury Cathedral.

He also undertook many engagements both in the UK and Europe. TV and radio broadcasts include performances on Meridian Television, Gibraltar National Television and Spanish Television. 

Nicholas’ vast repertoire encompasses many genres - Early Music, Operetta, Opera and Neapolitan Songs to name but a few. An accomplished linguist fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese, Nicholas’ performances of the Latin and Hispanic repertoire have been critically acclaimed. 

Nicholas concluded his studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a 2-year Post-Diploma in Advanced Vocal Training. His vocal tutor at this time was the renowned Professor of Voice - Brian Parsons. 

Nicholas is in such great demand, not only as a performer but also for his detailed understanding of contemporary Vocal Styles - Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock, Classical music and Jazz and their respective vocal techniques.
